Client Overview
DMK Beauty is a beauty salon located in Bordon, Hampshire. The owner, Delaney, has developed a strong online presence through her Instagram and Facebook pages, which have become the primary channels for attracting and engaging with clients. Her requirement was to have a website to complement her social media presence, provide a further avenue for engagement and conversion, and provide more details about the treatments she offers along with more visual media.

Strengthened Integration: Begin by conducting a thorough analysis of DMK Beauty's existing social media accounts and identifying key content themes, engagement patterns, and user demographics. This insight was then used to develop a website that included details on the treatments offered, photos of the salon, treatments, and client reviews.
Consistent Branding: To ensure brand consistency, we ensured the website's design and content aligned with DMK Beauty's established aesthetics and messaging on Instagram and Facebook. This involved using her existing visual elements, such as brand colour schemes and logos, to create a recognised and cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
Client-Centric Approach: Recognising the importance of user engagement, we included a gallery of treatment photos, which can be added to and updated. It also included client reviews and clear information about her opening hours and her Booksy appointment booking system, which she already had in place.

The new website effectively complements the client's social media presence and provides clear information about the treatments she offers, including client photos. It also enables clients to clearly see her opening hours and how to make a booking. Further, it enables her to add more client photos and reviews in the future.
